  • We are a working family farm, and our aim is to keep it calm and tranquil for somewhere you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax.

  • Check in is 3:00pm until 7:00pm, and check out is 10.00am, if you need to arrive later please contact us before to let us know.

  • When you arrive, please be aware that our site is a working farm, so there will be tractors and animals about. please drive slowly, and always close gates when you go through them.

  • On arrival you may be welcomed by ourselves or you might have to let yourselves in using the key safe code that we will provide on your confirmation email.

  • You have your own car park. that is right next to the pod, please close the gate every time you go in and out.

  • To keep our pod clean we would ask you to take your footwear off and use our shoe storage that is provided.

  • Smoking/vapes is strictly prohibited in the pod if there is any evidence of this there will be an extra charge. please use the ashtray that is provided outside. but please make sure that it is fully out, be aware that gas bottles are near and straw sheds are close by.

  • Please keep your noise down when outside the pod.

  • Due to being a working farm we don't allow dogs if you turn up with a dog we would ask you to leave and you will not get refunded.

  • An inventory and information will be provided in the welcome pack, please check. if the pod is left in unsatisfactory condition or damaged in any way, you will be sent an invoice.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your car or associated property whilst on Cow Pasture Pod's site, except where such loss or damage has arisen as a result of our negligence or a breach of our duty to you.

  • We have the right to enter and inspect the pod at any time.

  • Due to the location and being a working farm there may be noises that we can't control, where the pod is situated there is a shed that is used for calving cows so some may calve in the night so don't be alarmed.

  • On the farm there is a public footpath that goes through the farm please ask where it starts there will be cows there with calves so be extra careful use low voices and calm and always closes gate., also we have buildings around the farm you may look over the doors but please be quiet and never go in.

  • Please abide by our rules for your own safety and have a lovely relaxed stay.
